Chardonnay

This wine has an aromatic strawberry lift to the nose. The palate is soft and fruity without being sweet and makes the perfect accompaniment to good conversation amongst good company. Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
A blend of two classic varieties resulting in a fresh and crisp wine with excellent length and balance. This style of wine is particularly suited to the Australian summer. Shiraz
This wine is an excellent example of how complementary regions may be blended to achieve a full flavoured and complex wine. Verdelho
2007 has produced a slightly more austere style when compared to previous years. The wine is tight with a fine palate and drying finish. |
